- Billing and Refunds:
- Monthly Services: If you cancel before the next billing cycle, no further charges will be applied. Cancellations within the current billing cycle will still be billed for that month, and services will remain active until the end of the cycle.
- Project-Based Work: If a project is canceled after work has begun, you will be billed for the portion of work completed up to the cancellation date. No refunds will be provided for completed work or services already rendered.
- Prepaid Services: For services paid upfront, no refunds will be issued for unused time or incomplete services if cancellation occurs after the start of the project.
- Exceptional Circumstances: In rare cases, where service or performance has not met agreed expectations, partial refunds may be considered, pending review by our management team.
- Termination by NovaPulse: We reserve the right to cancel services at our discretion if terms of service or client obligations are violated. Any services rendered until the termination date will be billed.
- Post-Cancellation Support: Once services are canceled, NovaPulse Digital will no longer be responsible for ongoing maintenance, support, or updates. We recommend ensuring all your assets, such as website data and marketing materials, are secured before cancellation.
